Yuriko Asano
Shared Lines: Wellington 2017 & Shared Lines: Kaikōura 2019 exhibiting artist
Born in 1990 in Tagajō City, Miyagi, Japan. Yuriko currently lives in Kaminoyama City of the neighbouring prefecture of Yamagata, where she paints at a shared public art space which once used to be an elementary school. It is called ”Koubou Mori no Tsukikage”, which means a studio of moonlight shadows under the forest.
